Day 2: Tangier to Rabat via Asilah

Leaving the bustling streets of Tangier behind, our journey southward begins, promising scenic vistas and cultural discoveries. Our first stop is the picturesque coastal town of Asilah, where whitewashed walls adorned with vibrant murals greet us. We take a leisurely stroll through the charming streets. Admiring the artwork and soaking in the laid-back ambiance of this seaside gem.

Continuing our drive, we make our way to Rabat, the capital city of Morocco. Where ancient alleyways lead to hidden gems waiting to be discovered. We immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the souks. Continuing our journey, we find respite from the bustling streets amidst the serene beauty of the Majorelle Garden. Designed by the French painter Jacques Majorelle, this enchanting oasis captivates with its vibrant hues, exotic plants, and tranquil pools. We take a leisurely stroll through the garden. Upon arrival in Essaouira, we are greeted by the sight of its iconic blue and white walls of the medina, its imposing ramparts and its bustling fishing port. We embark on a guided tour of the medina, strolling through its narrow streets, lively souks and historic monuments. Along the way, we'll discover local artisans at work, making intricate woodwork, vibrant textiles and unique handicrafts.

Exploring the medina, we head to the picturesque Skala de la Ville. Where we are treated to panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the city's picturesque harbor. Day 6: High Atlas Mountains to Dades Gorges

Our journey today takes us into the majestic High Atlas Mountains. Where rugged peaks and verdant valleys create a landscape of breathtaking beauty. Setting out from Marrakech, we embark on a scenic drive, winding our way through mountain passes and picturesque villages.

Our first stop is the ancient kasbah of Telouet, a crumbling fortress perched high atop a hill. Offering panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. We explore its labyrinthine corridors and ornate courtyards, learning about its rich history and storied past.

Continuing our journey, we arrive at the legendary kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. A UNESCO World Heritage site and one of Morocco's most iconic landmarks. Nestled amidst the desert landscape, this ancient fortress city boasts stunning architecture and intricate clay-brick buildings, providing a glimpse into Morocco's storied past.

As we bid farewell to Ait Ben Haddou, we make our way to Ouarzazate. Known as the "Hollywood of Morocco" for its role as a filming location for numerous blockbuster movies. Here, we pause to explore the town and perhaps visit one of its famed film studios.

Our adventure continues through the lush Oasis of Skoura. Where palm groves and ancient kasbahs dot the landscape, creating a scene of tranquil beauty. Finally, we arrive at the Dades Gorges, where towering cliffs and winding canyons create a dramatic backdrop for our journey.

Day 7: Todra Gorges to Merzouga
